Stevens says JOTA will push to extend WEC win streak
Will Stevens says the JOTA Sport drivers will do "everything we can" to keep the team's unbroken run of winning in every FIA World Endurance Championship season it has contested going at this weekend's finale at Monza.
JOTA first entered the series in 2016 in LMP2 and has taken at least one victory in each of the nine seasons since, including after moving to Hypercar full-time in 2024 and becoming the factory Cadillac operation in 2025. Neither of its Hertz Team JOTA Cadillac V-Series.R cars has yet won this year, despite several near misses, including at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and in Brazil.
Stevens, who has been victorious in seven of those seasons with JOTA, said the team's core group remains largely unchanged, while co-founder Sam Hignett admitted he never expected the squad to still be racing in the WEC a decade on.
