Wolff admits Mercedes let George Russell down after Mexico GP setback

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff has admitted the team let George Russell down at the Mexico Grand Prix, where Russell's bid for victory was derailed within seconds of the start by a technical issue.

Russell started from the front row alongside Lewis Hamilton at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. His initial getaway was good enough to keep that position and take the lead from the polesitter, before the technical problem intervened.
