Mercedes could clinch 2026 Teams' Championship at Brazilian Grand Prix
Mercedes head to Interlagos with a 126-point lead over Ferrari in the Teams' Championship, having already seen Kimi Antonelli secure the Drivers' Championship after his third-place finish in Mexico City.
With four rounds remaining, Mercedes need to outscore Ferrari by three points or more in Brazil to seal the title. If Ferrari fail to score, an eighth-place finish for either Antonelli or Russell would be enough. A Ferrari 1-2 would keep the championship battle alive beyond Brazil.
Mercedes have scored 630 points so far this season, against Ferrari's 504. Should they fail to take the crown in Brazil, their next opportunity will come later in the calendar.
