Hanley Motorsports to Enter IMSA GTD Pro, GTD and Michelin Pilot Challenge With BMW

Source: DailySportscar · · added 1 hour ago

Hanley Motorsports Incorporated (HMI) will compete in multiple IMSA series next season with BMW M Motorsport. The team is the product of team owner Robert Hanley joining forces with DXDT Racing and its founder David Askew, along with HMI's acquisition of the assets of multi-time IMSA champion Paul Miller Racing.

HMI will enter both the GTD Pro and GTD classes of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the BMW M4 GT3 EVO, and the GS class of Michelin Pilot Challenge with two M4 GT4 EVOs. The team will operate from the former Paul Miller Racing headquarters in Buford, Georgia, while a new shop is under construction in Flowery Branch, a few minutes from Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

Mitchell Simmons, long-time Team Principal of Paul Miller Racing, will be Managing Director of HMI, with Bryan Sellers, Competition Director of DXDT Racing since 2025, taking the same role at HMI.
