Verstappen tops final practice in Brazil

Max Verstappen was fastest in the final practice session for the 2026 Sao Paulo Grand Prix, ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli and Lando Norris. The session stayed dry despite a constant threat of rain.

Lewis Hamilton had fitted a fresh internal combustion engine after Friday's running, but he suffered a power unit problem midway through the session. The issue meant he missed the chance to complete a soft tyre run at the end of the hour.
