Norris wins Brazilian GP as Mercedes clinch constructors' title
Lando Norris converted pole position into victory at the Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos, as rain returned during the race. The McLaren driver won the wet-dry-wet race ahead of Red Bull's podium finishers in Sao Paulo.
Mercedes secured the Constructors' Championship despite spins for both Kimi Antonelli and George Russell. Antonelli had earlier locked up on his lap to the grid, running over the grass at Juncao, a sign of how slippery the surface was. Intermediate tyres were the starting choice across the field.
Lewis Hamilton, starting from the back after engine penalties, reached the top 10 in the early laps and made his 400th grand prix start. Max Verstappen also made rapid progress through the field after being cleared by the stewards over a possible false start.
