Norris wins Brazil GP as Mercedes clinch constructors' title
Lando Norris won a weather-affected Sao Paulo Grand Prix from pole position, his third victory of the season and 14th of his career. He recovered after losing the lead at the start and managed the changing conditions at Interlagos, holding on despite late rain.
Max Verstappen charged from 21st on the grid to finish second, ahead of Red Bull team-mate Isack Hadjar in third. George Russell finished fourth, leading home newly-crowned world champion Andrea Kimi Antonelli, as Mercedes clinched the 2026 constructors' championship with three races remaining.
Lewis Hamilton was one of the last drivers to switch to intermediates during the late shower, which cost him, and he finished ninth. Lance Stroll retired with a suspected battery issue, while Valtteri Bottas did not start after a cross-threaded wheel nut on his Cadillac.
