Dodge confirms NASCAR Cup Series return for 2027 season

Dodge will return to the NASCAR Cup Series in 2027, becoming the fourth manufacturer on the grid alongside Chevrolet, Toyota and Ford. The move comes a year earlier than most projections had suggested, leaving a tight turn-around before next season.

The announcement was made at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas on Monday evening. The new car is set to be unveiled at the Snowball Derby in December.
